5 Axes Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

3D Laser cutting head has 2 rotating axes (C, B), one linear axis (W). Focal point movement thanks to the pneumatic adaptive mirror inside and the pressure can be fed back with the pressure transmitter. The tip of the laser cutting head has a counter-magnetic connection to protect against collisions that can occur from the side and vertically, it twists after the tip collides and reverts to normal position. In addition, the capacitive sensor generates a signal in contact with the metal, stopping the movement and preventing the head from being damaged. On the laser cutting head there is a protective glass cassette placement sensor and a temperature sensor for the laser cutting head.
