Vento Flex Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

Combining pipe & profile and sheet metal cutting together, Vento Flex is a top of the range laser cutting machine with high productivity and standards.

Specification

  • Vento Flex has 1530mm x 3050mm, 2030mm x 4050mm or 2030mm x 6050mm size with auto dual shuttle table. You can cut pipes and profiles with Ø15-150mm diameters up to 6500mm length.
  • 2 kW, 3 kW, 4kW and 6 kW laser power options.
  • Besides speed, precision, reliability, and low operating costs, it also optionally features sheet loading system and many more functionalities.
  • With a single button, you can switch from sheet cutting to tube cutting without needing any other equipment.

CUTTING TABLE

Vento Flex Model has a special cutting table that is used for loading and unloading flat sheet materials and unloading pipe profile materials. The pipe-profile material discharging process is done with the help of a U-shaped groove placed on the table.
The U-shaped groove occupies half a meter of the cutting table. Loading and unloading of flat sheet material can be performed on the remaining part of the table without the need to dismantle the groove.
In cases where a U-shaped groove is required, it can be easily disassembled and replaced with grids and the entire table can be used for loading and unloading flat sheet material.

FEEDING CHUCK

The feeding chuck can hold materials between Ø15-Ø150mm in the center axis precisely. Jaw clamping works with pneumatic drive with adjustable pressure. The profile rotation axis and profile driving axis are servo-motor driven.

FRONT CHUCK

The front chuck can hold materials between Ø15 and Ø150mm precisely in the center axis with 4 supported roller jaws. Jaw clamping works with pneumatic drive system with adjustable pressure.

SUPPORTS

The supports are the supporting elements that are placed in order to prevent collapse and oscillation of the materials during the cutting according to the cross-section and length dimensions of the pipes and profiles entered into the CNC. All settings are made automatically according to the section dimensions.

WELD SEAM DETECTION

Detection of weld seams in pipes and tubes prior to laser cutting is gaining importance due to the ever-increasing use of welded pipes and tubes. In the industry more and more structural and safety related components are made of welded tubes. The repeatability and efficiency required for these operations can only be achieved by precisely positioning the weld seam before laser cutting.
