Specification

  • Nukon Pipe and Profile Fiber Laser system is used to process pipes or profiles produced in different shapes and materials in many sectors such as agricultural machinery, machine tools, defense industry, automotive sector and industrial shelf sector.
  • The machine can be produced with 2kW, 3kW and 4kW power options.
  • ”U L”profile cutting is an available option of the machine.
  • Bevel cutting on the machine is available as an option.
  • The maximum cross section that can be cut in the machine is 150mm x 100mm for rectangular profiles, 125mm x 125mm for squares and Ø180mm for pipes.
  • The machine can work with profiles or pipes up to 6500mm in length.

AUTOMATIC CENTERING

The automatic centering system determines the misalignment by checking in real-time whether the material fed to the machine and ready for cutting is in the center of the chuck. In addition, this option measures the outer dimensions of the material and the corner radius and checks the accuracy of the information entered into the system, ensures the continuity of the cut.

FRONT CHUCK

The front chuck can hold materials between Ø15 andØ226mm precisely in the center axis with 4 supported roller jaws. Jaw clamping works with a pneumatic drive system with adjustable pressure. The front chuck has the ability to move forward and backward to cut the minimum residual material and long contours without using the micro-joint option.

FEEDING CHUCK

The feeding chuck can hold materials between Ø15-Ø226mm in the center axis precisely. Jaw clampin works with a pneumatic drive with adjustable pressure. The profile rotation axis and profile drivin axis are servo-motor driven.

SUPPORTS

The supports are placed to prevent collapse and oscillation of the materials during the cutting according to the cross-section and length dimensions of the pipes and profiles entered. All settings are made automatically according to the section dimensions.

AUTOMATIC LOADING SYSTEM

All settings in the system according to cross-sectional dimensions of tube and profiles are made automatically by CNC when material information is entered. Compatible with loading parts between 3000mm – 6300mm.

AUTOMATIC UNLOADING SYSTEM

All settings in the system according to cross-sectional dimensions of pipes and profiles are made automatically by CNC when material information is entered. As standard, finished parts can be unloaded with a maximum length of 4000mm. Optionally it can be extended to 6000mm.

WELD SEAM DETECTION

Detection of weld seams in pipes and tubes prior to laser cutting is gaining importance due to the ever-increasing use of welded pipes and tubes. In the industry more and more structural and safety related components are made of welded tubes. The repeatability and efficiency required for these operations can only be achieved by precisely positioning the weld seam before laser cutting.
